This Website Use & Purchase Agreement applies to purchases and services offered through Doradohome.

Doradohome is a retail brand operated by ROSE PEAR INC. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement.

A. Website Access

B. Household Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, measurements, materials, colors, and usage information accurate.

Because home products may vary by production batch, display settings, installation environment, and photography, the item received may have minor differences from website images.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for checking:

• Product dimensions.

• Material information.

• Compatibility requirements.

• Power or charging specifications.

• Installation needs.

• Indoor or outdoor suitability.

• Weight or usage limits.

• Included accessories.

A product should not be used for a purpose that conflicts with its instructions, warnings, or intended function.

C. Installation and Safe Use

Some Doradohome products may require assembly, mounting, charging, connection, or installation.

Customers are responsible for following all instructions and using appropriate care. When professional installation is recommended or reasonably necessary, the customer should use a qualified service provider.

ROSE PEAR INC is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper mounting.

• Misuse or modification.

• Failure to follow instructions.

• Use on unsuitable surfaces.

• Exceeding stated weight or capacity limits.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Use in prohibited environments.

• Repairs performed by unauthorized persons.

Children and pets should be supervised around products when the nature of the item requires supervision.

D. Orders and Payment Authorization

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received the order request.

An order is accepted after payment verification and order review.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Inventory limitations.

• Incorrect pricing.

• Shipping restrictions.

• Payment concerns.

• Suspected fraud.

• Resale activity.

• Technical errors.

• Violation of this agreement.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

E. Pricing Errors

Although we attempt to avoid mistakes, product prices, discounts, or shipping charges may occasionally be displayed incorrectly.

If an obvious error is identified, we may contact you for instructions, correct the order, or cancel the affected transaction.

We are not required to honor an obviously incorrect price where the error should reasonably have been recognized.

F. Delivery Responsibilities

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Doradohome is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, transportation providers, severe weather, public emergencies, address errors, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect the package after delivery and contact customer service within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy when an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Risk of loss may transfer according to applicable law and the shipping method used.

G. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, return deadlines, damaged-item claims, refund processing, and non-returnable products are explained in Doradohome’s separate Return & Refund Policy.

Do not send a product to the company’s registered business address. Customers must obtain the correct return instructions before mailing any package.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

H. Ownership of Doradohome Content

The Doradohome website, branding, product photographs, diagrams, text, graphics, layouts, and promotional materials are protected intellectual property.

They may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or used for resale, advertising, marketplace listings, or competing websites without written authorization from ROSE PEAR INC.

I. External Platforms

Doradohome may use third-party providers for payments, delivery tracking, analytics, advertising, customer communication, and website functionality.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their independent terms, data practices, outages, or service decisions.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not represent an endorsement unless expressly stated.

J. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for warranties expressly stated on a product page or required by law, Doradohome products and website services are provided without additional express or implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This disclaimer does not override statutory rights that apply to consumers in their jurisdiction.

K. Liability Allocation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROSE PEAR INC and Doradohome shall not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses.

This includes losses related to:

• Improper product installation.

• Business interruption.

• Lost profits.

• Lost data.

• Property damage resulting from misuse.

• Carrier delays.

• Third-party platforms.

• Inability to access the website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

L. Your Responsibility to Us

You agree to reimburse and protect ROSE PEAR INC, Doradohome, and their representatives against reasonable claims, costs, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of this agreement, infringement of another party’s rights, or unsafe modification of a product.

M. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the State of New York, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New York, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
